At Melton Taxi Booking, we do not take any upfront payments from customers. You only pay the driver after the trip is completed. To keep our service fair and reliable for both passengers and drivers, we have the following cancellation policy:
Free Cancellation: Customers can cancel their booking any time before the driver is dispatched, without any charges.
Late Cancellation / No-Show: If a driver has already been dispatched and the customer cancels late or does not show up at the pickup location, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings.
No Refunds Required: Since no advance payment is taken, there are no refunds involved.
This policy ensures that our drivers’ time is respected, and our customers have complete flexibility without financial risk.
